Kebijakan Privasi ini menjelaskan bagaimana game Street Ball Hit (“Aplikasi”) yang dikembangkan oleh Altech Game dan didukung oleh Microaltech (“kami”) menangani informasi saat Anda memakai Aplikasi. Dengan memakai Aplikasi, Anda menyetujui praktik yang dijelaskan di sini.
Ringkasnya

1. Informasi yang disimpan di perangkat Anda
Agar game bisa dilanjutkan, Aplikasi menyimpan data berikut secara lokal di perangkat Anda:
- Progres game: koin, skor tertinggi, level, statistik permainan, misi harian, hadiah harian, prestasi, dan item toko yang dimiliki/dipakai.
- Status pembelian: apakah Anda sudah membeli “Hapus Iklan” atau “Starter Pack”.
- Pengaturan: bahasa, musik, efek suara, dan getar.
Data ini tidak dikirim ke kami. Android dapat mencadangkannya ke Google Drive Anda melalui fitur Auto Backup bawaan Android, sesuai pengaturan cadangan di perangkat Anda.
2. Layanan pihak ketiga
Aplikasi memakai layanan dari Google. Layanan tersebut dapat mengumpulkan dan memproses informasi sesuai kebijakan privasinya masing-masing.
Google AdMob (iklan)
Aplikasi menampilkan iklan banner, iklan selingan (interstitial), dan video berhadiah (opsional, hanya jika Anda memilih menontonnya). Untuk menampilkan dan mengukur iklan serta mencegah penipuan, AdMob dapat mengumpulkan: ID iklan perangkat (Advertising ID), alamat IP, informasi perangkat (model, versi sistem operasi, bahasa), perkiraan lokasi berdasarkan alamat IP, serta interaksi Anda dengan iklan. Persetujuan iklan (Eropa, Inggris, Swiss): jika Anda berada di Wilayah Ekonomi Eropa, Inggris, atau Swiss, Aplikasi menampilkan formulir persetujuan dari Google (User Messaging Platform) sebelum memuat iklan, dan iklan hanya dimuat sesuai pilihan Anda. Anda dapat mengubah pilihan kapan saja melalui Pengaturan → Privasi Iklan di dalam Aplikasi.
Google Play Billing (pembelian dalam aplikasi)
Pembelian “Hapus Iklan”, “Starter Pack”, dan paket koin diproses oleh Google Play. Kami tidak menerima data kartu, rekening, atau alamat penagihan Anda. Aplikasi hanya menerima konfirmasi pembelian dari Google (jenis produk dan status pembelian) agar item bisa diberikan, dan agar “Hapus Iklan”/“Starter Pack” bisa dipulihkan saat Anda memasang ulang Aplikasi dengan akun Google yang sama.
Google Play Games Services (papan peringkat & simpan di cloud)
Jika Anda masuk ke Google Play Games, Google membagikan kepada Aplikasi identitas pemain Play Games Anda (ID pemain, nama tampilan, dan gambar profil sesuai pengaturan profil Anda). Skor Anda dikirim ke papan peringkat Google Play Games dan dapat dilihat pemain lain sesuai pengaturan visibilitas profil Play Games Anda. Fitur “Simpan di Cloud” menyimpan progres game Anda (seperti tercantum di bagian 1, tanpa pengaturan perangkat) di akun Google Anda agar dapat dipulihkan di perangkat lain. Fitur ini opsional; tanpa masuk ke Play Games, game tetap dapat dimainkan.
Google Play In-App Review
Sesekali Aplikasi dapat menampilkan jendela ulasan Google Play. Ulasan dikirim dan dikelola oleh Google; kami tidak menerima informasi pribadi Anda dari proses ini.

Aplikasi tidak meminta akses lokasi, kamera, mikrofon, kontak, SMS, atau penyimpanan file pribadi.
4. Fitur bagikan skor
Saat Anda menekan tombol bagikan (WhatsApp, Instagram, atau aplikasi lain), Aplikasi membuat gambar kartu skor di penyimpanan sementara Aplikasi, lalu membuka aplikasi yang Anda pilih. Gambar dan teks hanya dikirim ke aplikasi dan orang yang Anda pilih sendiri; kami tidak menerimanya.
5. Laporan error
Jika Aplikasi mengalami error, Aplikasi dapat menyimpan laporan teknis hanya di perangkat Anda (versi Aplikasi, model perangkat, versi Android, dan detail teknis error). Laporan ini tidak dikirim otomatis. Laporan hanya sampai ke kami jika Anda sendiri memilih untuk menyalin atau membagikannya kepada kami.
6. Anak-anak
Aplikasi tidak ditujukan untuk anak di bawah 13 tahun, dan kami tidak dengan sengaja mengumpulkan informasi pribadi dari anak-anak. Jika Anda orang tua/wali dan yakin anak Anda telah memberikan informasi pribadi melalui Aplikasi, hubungi kami agar kami dapat membantu.
7. Pilihan dan kendali Anda
- Persetujuan iklan (EEA/UK/CH): ubah kapan saja di Pengaturan → Privasi Iklan dalam Aplikasi.
- Iklan dipersonalisasi: Anda dapat mengatur ulang atau menghapus ID iklan melalui Pengaturan perangkat (Pengaturan → Google → Iklan, atau Pengaturan → Privasi → Iklan, tergantung perangkat).
- Tanpa iklan: Anda dapat membeli “Hapus Iklan” untuk menghilangkan banner dan iklan selingan.
- Menghapus data lokal: hapus data Aplikasi melalui Pengaturan perangkat, atau hapus instalan Aplikasi.
- Menghapus data cloud & papan peringkat: melalui pengaturan Google Play Games atau akun Google Anda.
- Cadangan Android: dapat dikelola di pengaturan cadangan perangkat dan Google Drive Anda.
8. Keamanan dan penyimpanan
Data lokal disimpan di area penyimpanan pribadi Aplikasi yang tidak dapat diakses aplikasi lain. Data di layanan Google disimpan dan dilindungi oleh Google. Data lokal tetap ada selama Aplikasi terpasang; data di akun Google Anda tersimpan hingga Anda menghapusnya.

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the game Street Ball Hit (the “App”), developed by Altech Game and powered by Microaltech (“we”, “us”), handles information when you use the App. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.
In short
- We do not run any servers and never ask for your name, email, phone number or an account.
- Your game progress (coins, scores, items) is stored on your device and—if you sign in to Google Play Games—in your Google account.
- The App shows ads from Google AdMob, which may use your device’s advertising ID.
- Payments are handled entirely by Google Play; we never see your card or bank details.
- The App does not access your location, camera, microphone, contacts or personal files.
1. Information stored on your device
So you can keep playing, the App stores the following locally on your device:
- Game progress: coins, high scores, levels, play statistics, daily missions, daily rewards, achievements, and shop items owned/equipped.
- Purchase status: whether you bought “Remove Ads” or the “Starter Pack”.
- Settings: language, music, sound effects and vibration.
This data is not sent to us. Android may back it up to your Google Drive through Android’s built-in Auto Backup, according to your device’s backup settings.
2. Third-party services
The App uses services provided by Google. These services may collect and process information under their own privacy policies.
Google AdMob (advertising)
The App shows banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded videos (optional—only when you choose to watch one). To serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud, AdMob may collect: your device’s advertising ID, IP address, device information (model, operating system version, language), approximate location derived from the IP address, and your interactions with ads. Ad consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland): if you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the App shows Google’s consent form (User Messaging Platform) before loading any ads, and ads are only loaded according to your choices. You can change your choices at any time in Settings → Ad privacy inside the App.
Google Play Billing (in-app purchases)
Purchases of “Remove Ads”, the “Starter Pack” and coin packs are processed by Google Play. We do not receive your card, bank or billing address details. The App only receives a purchase confirmation from Google (product and purchase status) so it can deliver your items, and so “Remove Ads”/“Starter Pack” can be restored when you reinstall the App with the same Google account.
Google Play Games Services (leaderboards & cloud save)
If you sign in to Google Play Games, Google shares your Play Games player identity with the App (player ID, display name and profile picture, according to your profile settings). Your scores are submitted to Google Play Games leaderboards and may be visible to other players according to your Play Games profile visibility settings. “Cloud save” stores your game progress (as listed in section 1, excluding device settings) in your Google account so it can be restored on another device. This is optional; the game can be played without signing in to Play Games.
Google Play In-App Review
Occasionally the App may show the Google Play review dialog. Reviews are submitted to and handled by Google; we do not receive personal information from this process.

3. App permissions

The App does not request access to location, camera, microphone, contacts, SMS or personal file storage.
4. Score sharing
When you tap a share button (WhatsApp, Instagram or another app), the App creates a score card image in the App’s temporary storage and opens the app you choose. The image and text go only to the app and people you choose; we do not receive them.
5. Error reports
If the App runs into an error, it may save a technical report only on your device (App version, device model, Android version and technical error details). This report is never sent automatically. It only reaches us if you choose to copy or share it with us yourself.
6. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can help.
7. Your choices and controls
- Ad consent (EEA/UK/CH): change it any time in Settings → Ad privacy inside the App.
- Personalized ads: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads, depending on the device).
- Ad-free: you can buy “Remove Ads” to remove banners and interstitial ads.
- Deleting local data: clear the App’s data in your device settings, or uninstall the App.
- Deleting cloud data & leaderboard entries: through your Google Play Games settings or Google account.
- Android backups: can be managed in your device backup settings and Google Drive.
8. Security and retention
Local data is kept in the App’s private storage, which other apps cannot access. Data held by Google services is stored and protected by Google. Local data remains while the App is installed; data in your Google account remains until you delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page with an updated effective date.
